Alexander D. Jones, Esq. is one of five attorneys responsible for the BBA amicus brief supporting the constitutionality of the "new" Massachusetts Child Support Guidelines, which became effective on January 1, 2009 amid a challenge. The SJC's ruling in Fathers and Families, Inc. & others vs. Chief Justice for Administration and Management of the Trial Court & others is out. Happily, the SJC has affirmed the constitutionality of the guidelines.
