Pamela A. Harbeson, Esq. is one of ten expert faculty members at the MCLE's upcoming Bankruptcy Law panel, "MCLE BasicsPlus!®: Chapter 7, 11, and 13 debtor and creditor essentials".  The two day conference provides a solid foundation in bankruptcy law and procedure, along with updates on recent bankruptcy decisions, and fresh ideas for your bankruptcy practice.  The interactive demonstrations allow audience members to participate in a mock meeting of creditors, client interview, and motion session, in order to understand the bankruptcy process from client intake to case closing.

Topics include: handling terms of engagement-client retention and management, understanding common bankruptcy forms, details of electronic case filing, and the viewpoint of the United States Trustee.

This event takes place Tuesday, January 18, & Wednesday, January 19, 2011 from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM at the MCLE Conference Center.
