Looney & Grossman's Wesley S. Chused will  speak at the Conference of Freight Counsel’s upcoming meeting, to be held in Orlando, Florida on January 9-10, 2011. 

Wes will be presenting recent cases involving timely cargo claim and related issues of interest to the transportation industry. A copy of the materials will be posted on the Looney & Grossman website after the meeting concludes.
