Alexander D. Jones, Esq. is one of several expert faculty members at the MCLE's upcoming "Divorce Finance Summit 2012: A family lawyer's guide to money matters in divorce".  The objective of the financial summit is to educate practitioners and help them recognize different income and debt issues, as well as to develop the skills needed to identify financial indicators vital to effective representation clients, whether in negotiation or trial.

Alex Jones will be part of the panel discussing the Tax Implications of Divorce, specifically, reviewing the tax implications of support, alimony, allocation of tax losses, tax implications of a short sale, built in capital gains, and alimony recapture.

This event will be held on Tuesday, February 14 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the MCLE
