Patrick O. McAleer, Esq. to Attend the 21st Marine Seminar, "Different Points of the Compass: Setting Your Course in Marine Insurance"

Looney & Grossman's Patrick McAleer will be attending the Fort Lauderdale Mariner's Club's 21st Marine Seminar, October 26-27, 2010.

The annual Marine Seminar is billed as "The Most Important Seminar for Insurance Agents, Brokers, Underwriters, Surveyors, Admiralty Attorneys & Marine Industry Professionals." 

In addition to accolades in the field of transportation and maritime law and a designation of Proctor in Admiralty by the Maritime Law Association of the United States, Pat has extensive professional marine industry experience.  Prior to practicing law, he was involved in delivering, racing, refitting and crewing onboard sailing and motor vessels throughout the East Coast and Southern Atlantic, and holds a United States Coast Guard Limited Master License with sailing and towing endorsements. 

Pat currently serves as a member of the Executive Board of Directors for Sail Salem, Inc., a non-profit community boating center located on Winter Island in Salem, Massachusetts.
