Michael concentrates his practice on bankruptcy, restructuring, and commercial litigation, with a focus on Chapter 11 bankruptcy and related matters.
A member of a military family, Michael was born in Charleston, South Carolina, but grew up in California. He received a Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude from Boston University in 2004. Michael received his law degree from Boston College Law School in 2009.
Michael interned as clerk for Looney & Grossman while in law school. Additionally, he was a staff writer and Managing Editor of the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest, a student-run professional publication at Boston College Law School.
Michael is a member of the Boston Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Bankruptcy Institute. |
