Alexander D. Jones, Esq. is one of several expert faculty members at the MCLE's upcoming "Sophisticated Issues in Western Massachusetts Family Law Practice: Zealous representation in the context of contemporary family law and MORE".  The panel sessions focus on the complicated issue of meeting the ethical requirement of zealous representation in the context of the trend toward non-adversarial resolutions of family law disputes, and will also include lively discussions between the varied faculty, which includes a clinical psychologist in addition to several Massachusetts Judges and family law Attorneys.

Alexander Jones, Esq. will have a frank conversation with a former divorce client about the client's experience with lawyers in his journey from a highly litigious divorce proceeding to a mediated settlement.
