Adam J. Ruttenberg, Esq. is one of four expert faculty members at the Massachusetts Bar Association's upcoming CLE "The New Homestead Act - Develop a Solid Foundation".  This panel of experts – several of whom have been instrumental in getting the new law passed – will highlight some critical provisions that are traps for the unwary. Also to be covered are  the new Massachusetts personal exemptions and the Bankruptcy Trustee’s “Strong Arm” powers and other trust and bankruptcy issues.
