Looney & Grossman's Wesley S. Chused will speak at the 2nd National Forum on Defending and Managing Trucking Litigation, which will be held in Orlando, Florida on December 5-6, 2011. 

Wes will be presenting "The State of Trucking Litigation: Evolution of the Law, Key Cases, Emerging Trends, Novel Claims, New Risks, and What to Expect in the Year Ahead."  A copy of the presentation materials will be posted on the Looney & Grossman website after the meeting concludes.
