Please join Adam J. Ruttenberg, Esq. at the MCLE program, “Bankruptcy Law: Conference 2008.” The conference features leading practitioners and experts discussing the latest developments in bankruptcy practice and important topics affecting business and consumer bankruptcy in breakout sessions. The breakout sessions address topics such as: the relative pros and cons of selling assets; claims litigation, and new rules. A judicial panel, featuring four bankruptcy judges from the District of Massachusetts and New Hampshire, address a number of recent developments in bankruptcy law and practice. Topics include developing law under BAPCPA, as well as emerging issues around the country. The program will be essential for all furthering their development in introducing evidence, surviving the claims process, or asset sales in or out of bankruptcy.
