Charles P. Kindregan concentrates in the representation of clients in commercial and business disputes in both Federal and State courts. Chad’s commercial disputes and business litigation cases include officer and director claims, software license litigation, employment disputes with an emphasis on trade secret and non-compete agreements and unfair competition issues. In addition, Chad maintains an active construction litigation practice.

Chad was born in South Bend, Indiana. He received a B.S. from the University of Vermont and graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 1989. Chad became Of Counsel to Looney & Grossman in January 2000 and was elected partner in 2002. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner in the litigation department of Hale and Dorr LLP, where he concentrated in business litigation. In 1998, Chad was appointed as a Special Assistant District Attorney, and worked with the Middlesex District Attorneys’ Office, prosecuting criminal cases. Chad also served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph R. Nolan of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts.

Chad is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
