Congratulations to our esteemed colleague, Joe Berman, upon his receipt of the David A, Rose Civil Rights Award from the Anti-Defamation League New England. Joe is representing a detainee at Guantanamo, striving to do what we as lawyers do for all our clients -- provide the best legal talent to see that justice is available to everyone. Besides providing a well-deserved thank you to Joe, this serves as an opportunity to encourage all of us to seek out those venues where we can serve to promote equal justice under the law; a tradition Looney & Grossman LLP has held dear from its founding.
