Erin E. Howard’s practice involves civil litigation in both the state and federal courts with a focus on transportation law, professional liability litigation, and employment law.
Erin grew up in Wakefield, Massachusetts. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross in 2003. In 2006, she received her law degree from Boston College Law School.
Erin began her legal career at a boutique civil litigation firm where her litigation practice included construction, property damage, premises liability, and insurance-related litigation. Erin subsequently practiced employment law and commercial litigation at a small law firm in Boston.
Erin is a member of the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association (MDLA), and the Boston Bar Association’s Litigation and Labor & Employment Sections. |
