The firm is located in downtown Boston and presently has twenty-six attorneys who have the expertise and the experience to offer a wide range of services to their clients. Building on the tradition of outstanding client service combined with technical know-how, over the years the firm has expanded its expertise with business transactions and technology matters. Looney & Grossman has also been a leader in the delivery of legal services to the legal profession and the greater Boston community. The attorneys have provided pro bono representation to indigents, served on advisory committees and acted as mediators and fact finders for the State and Federal courts pro bono, and have provided a great deal of legal assistance to the Boston Public School System. In addition, the firm has been a leading contributor to bar association activities.

Looney & Grossman’s attorneys have published articles devoted to the substantive areas in which they practice, lectured to other members of the bar and contributed their knowledge and expertise to various professional, charitable public service organizations. The attorneys have also been appointed by State and Federal courts to assist in the resolution of claims affecting the integrity of the legal profession.
