Please join Alexander D. Jones, Esq., at the MCLE program, "GAL Training for Category E and F Matters: Part II, Advanced." Category E and F guardian ad litem investigators/evaluators provide critical information and insights to the Probate and Family Court in the areas of domestic relations, child custody, and visitation. Particularly challenging issues arise when psychological/emotional abuse is alleged in the context of a high conflict separation or divorce. This advanced program meets the needs of the more experienced Category E/F GALs who have been practicing in the high conflict divorce arena, and for whom a thorough understanding of the concept and reality of psychological abuse is essential. This program will be presented from 9 AM to Noon on different dates and at three different locations as follows: Tuesday, October 7, at the MCLE Conference Center, Boston; Tuesday, October 14, at the Hilton Garden Inn, Burlington; and Tuesday, October 21, at the Massachusetts School of Law, Andover. We look forward to seeing you there!
