As a member of the Looney & Grossman’s Real Estate Practice Group, John G. F. Ruggieri focuses his practice in commercial and residential real estate development and sales with significant experience in related business transactions inclusive of creation of business entities for use in real estate dealings.
John was born in Providence, Rhode Island and graduated cum laude from Boston University - School of Business Management in 1987. John received his law degree and graduated with honors from Suffolk University Law School in 1990. John is admitted to practice in the State and Federal courts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and is also admitted to practice in the United States Claims Court in Washington D.C. John is a member of the Boston Bar and the Real Estate Bar Associations.
Prior to joining Looney & Grossman, John's career included private practice in several general practice law firms in the Boston and Cambridge area, where he concentrated in real estate law and related transactional and litigation work. John previously served as Corporate Counsel, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of a privately held corporation where his responsibilities included all aspects of business operations, inclusive of: banking, sales, management, development, operations, finance and accounting, legal and human resources matters. John presently serves on the Board of Directors of E-Data Shred in Brockton, MA and the East End House, a non-profit community center in Cambridge, MA. |
